IndraMotion MLP uses the IndraControl
V platform as a PC-based motion & logic
solution for multi-axis applications. With its full software compatibility
to IndraMotion MLC, users have an economical and compact solution with integrated
motion control, PLC and HMI functionality at their fingertips.
With libraries containing PLC open compliant motion and technology building blocks, motion functions can be easily implemented into user programs. Electronic Line Shafting (ELS) sectionalizes a machine into separate stand-alone printing and converting sections, each powered by its own high performance servo drive. By eliminating the mechanical line shaft the many limitations of line shafts are eliminated, from torsional windup, to expensive and high maintenance mechanical components.
With Synax electric control, mechanical drive elements are replaced with high performance digital servo drives for precise individual axis control. The master control for all the drives is CLC master control, which can reside in the drive, or directly in a PC ISA slot. Below are some advantages of the Synax System.
